Idols (probably of Shiva and Parvati), having been presented (the blessings of the presence) to Goddess Parvati and Ardhanarishwara Swami,
are taken outside the temple at the Shivabalayogi ashram in Adivarapupeta.
Idols that have been consecrated, such as Goddess Parvati and Ardhanarishwara Swami inside the temple, are not to be moved.
For this reason, smaller idols are kept which can be paraded, as is being done here.
